Labour Court, District Kishtwar disbursed financial claims under Employees Compensation Act, 1923

Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Kishtwar today disbursed the finical claim of Rs.14,00,000/- to the petitioners in the case titled as Anil Kumar and ors V/s Bajaj Allianz Issurance Company Pvt Ltd which was awarded in favour of the petitioners.
Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar, Amit Kumar (JKAS) handed over the invoice of Rs. 14,00,000/- to the petitioners namely Anil Kumar S/O Hans Raj (Brother of deceased) and Somi Devi (Grandmother of deceased). The petitioners thanked Assistant Labour Commissioner for speedy disposal of the case and immediate disbursement of the awarded amount in their favour.

Assistant Labour Commissioner Kishtwar briefed that the pending cases shall be disposed off within prescribed time frame and informed that now on the petitioners can file the claim petitions on online mode and all cases are now uploaded on the portal of https://lccms.jk.gov.in/ for easy monitoring and petitioners can visit the site to check the court hearing dates directly through this portal.
