Militant Module busted, 3 arrested, Huge Arms and Ammunition recovered

During intervening night of 8/9 November Police party of PS Trikuta Nagar was clearing the traffic on National highway. During the said exercise an oil tanker bearing registration number JK02BF 2965 stationed at Narwal was asked to move forward. The same truck again stopped at near Environment Park. The patrolling party of concerned Police station when again asked to move forward, the driver took a U-Turn and again stopped the truck at the initial point i.e Narwal. This time while de-congesting the area, it was noticed that it is the same truck which was asked earlier also to move forward. On questioning the same, the driver rather than giving a satisfactory answer the driver and 2 of his associates entered into a scuffle with the Police party. On this the Driver along with two associates were taken to the Police station and an FIR no.284 U/S 353 was registered in PS Bahu Fort. On this driver Mohd. Yaseen S/O Mohd.Ismael R/O Puchil Pampora, Farhan Farooq S/O Farooq Ahmed R/O Drangbal Pampore and Farooq Ahmed S /O Abdul Aziz Bhat R/O Drangbal Pampore were arrested. After the leal formalities, a signal was sent to the concerned Police stations of the accused regarding their involvements in any other case so as to know their antecedents. On this it came to the notice that the driver of the truck is involved in a ULAP case in Awantipore. He is also a close associate of JeM as per the report of the concerned Police station. On this, suspicion arose and the Police party started questioning about the reason behind the unusual behaviour last night and to know about the association with the Militants , if any.
After sustained interrogation the driver Mohd Yaseen disclosed that they have come to Jammu to pick up weapons on behest of Shahbaaz, a handler of JeM who is in Pakistan and was asked to handover to a terrorist in Valley. He also confessed that he has concealed a consignment of arms and ammunition in the oil tanker. Upon this the tanker was again searched in presence of a magistrate and the recoveries made thereof include – 3 AK-56 rifles, one pistol, 09 Magazines in number, 191 rounds of ammunition, 6 Grenades. The consistent effort of Jammu Police in this case made the arrest of 3 person, which includes 2 Militant associates and recoveries of huge consignment of Arms and ammunition possible.

Successful CE20 uprated Engine Hot Test with 21.8 T vacuum thrust
The CE20 cryogenic engine indigenously developed for LVM3 has been subjected to a successful hot test at an uprated thrust level of 21.8 tonnes for the first time on November 9, 2022. This will enhance the LVM3 payload capability up to 450 kg with additional propellant loading.
The major modification carried out on this test article compared to previous engines was the introduction of a Thrust Control Valve (TCV) for thrust control. In addition to this 3D-printed LOX and LH2 turbine, exhaust casings were inducted into the engine for the first time. During this test the engine operated with ~20 t thrust level for the first 40s, then the thrust level was increased to 21.8t by moving the thrust control valve. During the test, engine and facility performance was normal and the required parameters were achieved.

Irfan Pathan breaks silence after outrage over 'GRACE apke bas ki baat nahi' tweet on Pakistan's win
Updated: Nov 10,:Former India pacer Irfan Pathan recently stirred up a mini-controversy through his tweet after Pakistan defeated New Zealand to qualify for the final of T20 World Cup 2022.
Pathan tweeted that 'grace padosiyon ki bas ki baat nahi' but was subsequently trolled by Pakistani fans. However, the cricketer-turned-commentator has clarified that his tweet was not regarding the Pakistani players.
After Pakistan defeated New Zealand in the first semifinal of Wednesday by 7 wickets, Pathan took to Twitter and wrote, "Padosiyon jeet ati jaati rehti hai, lekin GRACE apke bas ki baat nahi hai. (Neighbours, winning and losing is part and parcel of the game but grace doesn't come naturally to you)"
This was after many Pakistani fans had instead of celebrating their team's win started to troll Indian players.
But after Pathan put out the tweet, he was criticised and had to clarify the same. Half an hour after his first tweet, the legendary pacer added, "And this is not for the player. NEVER."
Pakistan played like a really well-drilled unit as they first restricted the Kiwis to a below-par total of 152, and chased it down in 19.1 over.
Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam notched half-centuries, whereas Shaheen Afridi shined with the ball picking up two wickets to help the Men in Green reach their first final after 13 years.
Last year too, Pakistan had reached the semifinals but lost to eventual champions Australia but this time around, they will be hoping to return home with the trophy itself.
