“`On 28-10-2022 Kishtwar Police received information regarding the missing of a person namely Ishaq Ahmed Ganie S/o Lt. Abdul Gani Ganie R/o Mohalla Sultanpura Bhaderwah Distt. Doda from the Jawalapur area of Kishtwar
In the meantime SSP Kishtwar Sh. Shafqat Hussain Batt-JKPS constituted special team and also utilised the services of dog squads, SDRF and drones during the search operation.
After putting strenuous efforts by Kishtwar Police, family members & locals of Jawalapur recovered the dead body of the said missing person from the Hills of Patrode area. Investigation into the matter is going on to ascertain the cause of death.“`
