01 Female Drug Peddler Arrested…..Kishtwar Police

“`Kishtwar Police arrested 01 female drug peddler and recovered approx 109 Gms of Cannabis (Charas) like substance from his Possession.
A special Naka Led by IC SHO of PS Kishtwar Insp Mohd Naseer accompanied by PSI Sakshi Sharma laid at Sangrambatta under the supervision of DySP Hqrs Kishtwar. During extensive checking of vehicles and pedestrian Police party noticed suspicious movement of one Pedestrian lady who was trying to escape from the naka party. Subsequently, Naka party by acting swiftly overpowerd him. While checking naka party recovered Cannabis (Charas) like substance weighing about 109 gms from his possession and took her under custody.
The arrested lady disclosed her identity as Bimla Devi W/o Sanjay Kumar Sharma R/o Sangrambatta Kishtwar.
In this regard a case FIR No. 251/2022 U/Sec. 8/20 NDPS Act registered at P/S Kishtwar and investigation taken-up.“`
