New Delhi: Dr. K Laxman appreciates Let’s Do It!India- JKUT team

Dr. K Laxman National President for Bhartiya Janta Party’s OBC Morcha today interacted with the Let’s Do it -JKUT team in New Delhi. On the occasion, Dr. K Laxman said that government and civil society are the wheels on which the country can achieve the goal of all-around sustainable development.

During the interactions with the team, Dr. K Laxman focused on the Clean and Green agenda for every part of the country. And also appreciated the team’s efforts for the fulfillment of goals of the foundation Let’s Do It! India, which is the Indian chapter of Let’s Do It! World. On this occasion, many other Guest speakers were also present and they all appreciated and welcomed the team leaders from JKUT including President- JKUT Sachin Sharma, Vice President-JKUT Mamta Sharma, District President Udhampur – Ajay Kumar, Marketing Advisor- Sourav Sharma who are the core members of the foundation in JKUT.

16 bikes of stunt performers seized by PS Nagrota Jammu.
An information was received at PS Nagrota regarding bikers who perform stunts at Sidhra road area in the the jurisdiction of PS Nagrota which cause trouble and risk not only their own lives but also life of other people.
Acting swiftly and stringently police teams of PS Nagrota constituted under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota Pardeep Kumar and led by SHO PS Nagrota Inspr Vishav Partap Singh assisted by I/C PP Sidhra SI Majid Hussain did strenuous efforts and after timely intervention finally nabbed 16 stunt bikers and seized their bikes.
Bikes were seized under relevant sections of MV Act at PS Nagrota.
Moreover, Jammu Police strictly warns youths not to engage in such life threatening activities like bike stunts which can cause risk to their lives as well as those nearby.
