2nd Contingent from Kishtwar flagged off to Gulmarg for attending skiing course.

District Youth Services & Sports Officer Kishtwar Kharati Lal Sharma today flagged-off 2nd Contingent of 10 male students for 15 days Skiing course at Gulmarg, organised by the Youth Services and Sports department J&k UT under the leadership of Director YSS Gazanfer Ali.
The flagged off ceremony was performed from new DC office complex kishtwar.
The aim behind the course is to train the students as well as their guide.
Speaking on the occasion,DYSSO kistwar thanked Deputy Commissioner
Kishtwar Ashok Kumar Sharma for his full cooperation and guidelines made before every departmental activities.
DYSSO also assured students for full boarding and lodging facilities at the venue and enroute and said that 1st contingents of 05 girls have already completed the course at Gulmarg and enjoyed well. They have been trained by our good coaches and got good stamina, experience and feel a different atmosphere by interacting with the students who have joined the course from different areas of J&K.
DYSSO interacted with the students and their guide Rayees Ahmed Wani (REK). Chief guest adviced to follow all precautionary measures of COVID-19 pandemic, learn the skiing course with full dedication, to get fully equipped before skiing & encourage others to be the part of sports & games.
